Nine years of pentathlon taught me that performance is not about doing the same thing well in every situation. It is about being able to adapt to what the next situation demands.
As a sport and performance psychologist, I am motivated by how we can help people realise their potential under great pressure and high expectations while preserving their health, balance and capacity to develop over the long term.
In my work, I apply the Lifestyle and Performance Medicine perspective across high-performance environments, including elite sport, air traffic control and law enforcement. Alongside my work with individuals and teams, I actively contribute to the educational work of Central Europe’s largest talent-development system, where we make this perspective and its practical knowledge available to thousands of young people each year.
It matters to me that this perspective continues to develop and rests on solid scientific foundations. I therefore regularly attend leading international Lifestyle and Performance Medicine conferences, where I learn from the latest scientific results and actively share my own experience, perspectives and practical insights. I regard continuous learning, professional dialogue and knowledge sharing not only as opportunities for development, but as professional responsibilities.
I believe that periods of high demand and intensity require equally intentional recovery and disengagement. Outside of work, I find mine through travelling, boxing and dancing — settings that restore me, challenge me and offer other ways to connect with myself and the world.
Within the Hintsa Performance Course community, I am especially interested in connecting with professionals who not only want to expand their knowledge, but also feel driven to question the current boundaries of science and practical application. I am inspired by people who dare to innovate, experiment, think across disciplines and openly share what they learn along the way.
Mission
My mission is to build interdisciplinary bridges between performance, health, and lifestyle sciences to support holistic development at scale.
Scientifically grounded practice.
Connecting scientific disciplines.
Continuous professional development.
Passing on acquired knowledge and contributing to professional dialogue.

Because I do not consider performance an exclusively psychological phenomenon: psychology × physiology × medicine × behavior × environment.
