Performance psychologist, former pentathlete, champion dancer, speaker and relentless explorer of human potential.
Performance under pressure — sustainably.
I work as a sport & performance psychologist across different high-performance environments, including elite sport, air traffic control and law enforcement. My work focuses on understanding and developing human performance under pressure, integrating performance psychology with the principles of Lifestyle and Performance Medicine.
